We’re Just Getting Started

I’ve only ever known power as an equal and opposite force to people playing me small. It’s been a protective response that is instinctive rather than demonstrative, and it’s a muscle I’ve had to flex during times of change.

Until now.

Gone are the days of standing up for my beliefs, standing behind my vision, and standing my ground. Gone are the days standing alone in my truths, however self-evident they have always been to me. Gone are the days of fighting against; of resisting equal and opposites.

Now I understand power as an ability to attract people who believe what I believe, amplify my vision for where I want to go and how I want to get there, and ground me in ways that elevate my knowing. Everything we do together unlocks what I was unable to do on my own, and reveals new surprises for not only what is possible, but what is available right now in this moment.

This is how true transformation happens: with the help of people who see you clearly and whose heart dances to your beat. This is how we hold space for our best selves to blossom in front of each other, with the courage for the whole world to see too.

Power is an expression you speak out loud with excitement. It is the sun rising inside you, lighting up every cell that moves your spirit. “Whoa, look at what I have now. Look at what we can do together.”

March on.
